William Strawcutter has successfully fought the largest banks in the country and has litigated cases throughout the state of Florida. He has defended commercial foreclosure actions, defended personal guarantees exceeding $10,000,000.00; has obtained million dollar judgments; settled multi-million dollar claims for 10% of the complaint demand, and has represented hundreds of clients in foreclosure and bankruptcy throughout Central Florida.
William is one of only a handful of attorneys in Central Florida to be granted oral argument in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
He earned his B.A. from Rollins College, and graduated from Western Michigan Law School. While in law school, William was a pastor of a large community church outside Ann Arbor, Michigan and upon graduation transitioned into the full-time practice of law.
He began his career representing criminal defendants. Soon thereafter he transitioned into civil litigation and real estate law.
As an attorney, William is known for being engaged and creative with his client’s issues. He does not approach every case with a cookie-cutter response. He is passionate, committed, and fights equally hard for every client.
William is a proud husband and father. He is involved in multiple community organizations, speaks on matters of faith around the country, and enjoys playing sports.
